Advanced freeform wound dressing for wound closure of various aetiologies. A two-component polyurethane foam composition in aluminised polyethene packaging, obtained by mixing two components: polyol (with the addition of nanocrystalline boehmite) and isocyanate. When applied to the wound, the PU foam mass forms a fine-pored elastic coating of 0.8–1 cm thickness. Maintains a moisture-rich environment while managing exudate and reducing the risk of infection.

WaveCut Technology in the non-woven components increases flexibility, designed to move with the patient, reducing pull on the dressing’s border and enhancing comfort and ensuring secure, long-lasting adhesions.
