Temporary use in the management of both existing and new hypertrophic scars and keloids, as a prophylactic therapy on healed wounds to help, and to prevent hypertrophic scarring and keloids.
Open wounds; compromised skin integrity; complicating medical factors that would make patients unable to use the gel sheet properly; dermatological conditions (e.g. psoriasis & acne).
A 1.2 mm thick, transparent, self-adhesive medical silicone sheet for the treatment and prevention of abnormal scars. Washable and reusable and can be worn under clothing or in combination with compression therapy. For optimal results, it should be worn for 12–23 hours per day.
Ultra-thin (0.3 mm), flexible, self-adhesive and transparent medical silicone sheet for the treatment and prevention of abnormal scars. Designed for continuous wear for up to 7 days. After removal, the skin should be cleansed and a new sheet applied if continued treatment is required.
