Format of PolyMem Silver designed for cavity wounds. Can be used in both open and shallow cavities. Does not have film backing. Gently expands to fill the wound cavity, keeping the wound bed clean and moisturised while absorbing excess fluid. For all wound types, including painful wounds.
For dry to excessively exuding wounds. A secondary dressing is required. May also be used on flat wounds as a wound contact layer with a secondary dressing, or between skin folds, fingers and toes e.g. following burn or crush injuries or degloving.

Soft, sterile non-woven dressing made from two layers of 1.2% ionic silver-impregnated Hydrofiber; sodium carboxymethylcellulose and enhanced with More Than Silver antibiofilm technology, stitched together with cellulose-strengthening fibres. Absorbs wound fluid, and disrupts and breaks down biofilm to expose and kill bacteria, while preventing biofilm re-formation. Provides nine times stronger tensile strength and 50% greater absorption than Aquacel Ag.
